ktkpk Responsible &
Safe Gaming Experience
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — ktkpk is committed to helping you play in a healthy and controlled way.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming is an entertainment activity — but like any form of entertainment, it is important to enjoy it in the right measure. Responsible gaming means playing while keeping control of your time and money, and treating it as nothing more than a hobby.
ktkpk believes every player should stay aware of their own limits. We provide tools and information to help you build healthy gaming habits. Remember, winning any game is never guaranteed — it is always a matter of chance.
If gaming starts to affect your daily life, family, or financial situation, that is a warning sign. ktkpk is always here for you — seek help when you need it.
Age Verification
To create an account and play at ktkpk, you must be at least 21 years old. We are committed to protecting minors from gaming.

Safe Gaming Tools
ktkpk offers a number of effective tools to give you full control over your gaming. Contact our support team to use any of these tools as needed.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately, and a cooling-off period is required to increase it. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
Time-Out Feature
Need a break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, no gaming or deposits will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion
Reality Check
You can set reminders at regular intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. This helps ensure your time is used wisely and prevents the tendency to play excessively.
Bet Limit Setting
Decide in advance the maximum amount you can bet in a session or within a set period. This reduces the risk of placing impulsive oversized bets and helps maintain financial discipline.
Loss Limit
Let your session close automatically once you have lost a set amount — keep this feature active. It protects you from major financial loss and builds the habit of mindful gaming.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
It can sometimes be hard to tell when recreational gaming is turning into a problem. Watch out for the following signs:
- Spending more time or money on gaming than you intended
- Betting more in an attempt to win back money you have lost
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Trying to stop gaming but failing to do so
- Gaming with borrowed money or by drawing on your savings
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Feeling restless or irritable when you are unable to play
If you notice one or more of these signs in yourself, pause for a moment and ask — is gaming still a source of enjoyment? ktkpk's support team is ready to help you at any time.
Once you recognise these signs, message us on live chat or email us at [email protected]. We will help you activate self-exclusion or a time-out directly.
